Skid Pan Days |
The Events O'Neill Skid Pan days have been created to provide drivers an opportunity to learn what happens to their cars when they lose control, both through 'understeer' and 'oversteer.' A few simple courses are set up with witches hats on the wet Eastern Creek skid pan to simulate these situations. An instructor will sit with you and provide feedback on exactly what's happening and how to rectify the situation.
Learning car control on a skid pan is an essential part of improving your circuit driving as well as providing an understanding of what a car will and won't do that is never taught when learning to drive. On top of all this, we make sure it is great fun and everyone has a laugh!
